Owner/CEO
With a specialization in orthopedic care, Troy is driven by a deep-seated desire to witness patients achieve their fullest potential and regain their quality of life. He has played a pivotal role as a partner in PT Plus since its inception, bringing valuable expertise and guidance to the table. In 2021, Troy took on the responsibility of full ownership, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to the organization's success and growth. Beyond his professional endeavors, Troy maintains strong ties to the local community. He actively supports local initiatives, both personally and professionally, with a firm belief in giving back and making a positive impact. With his expertise, dedication, and community-minded approach, Troy leads our company with vision and compassion, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care and support.
Brian Sidwell
Director of Business Operations
Brian who brings a diverse skill set and a wealth of experience to our team. Brian not only excelled academically but also showcased his talents on the basketball court for WSU. He earned a business degree, which serves as a solid foundation for his multifaceted role within our organization. With over 13 years of dedicated service at PT Plus , Brian has become an indispensable asset, seamlessly handling various responsibilities such as marketing, accounting, and payroll. His expertise and attention to detail ensure smooth and efficient operations across different departments. Outside of work, Brian cherishes his role as a parent to two wonderful children. He maintains an active lifestyle by engaging in weightlifting and participating in recreational sports, which keeps him energized and motivated. With his versatility, commitment, and enthusiasm, Brian plays a crucial role in driving our company's success and growth.
Linda Berggren, PT
Director of Clinical Operations
Introducing Linda, a highly experienced physical therapist who graduated from Wichita State University and has dedicated 35 years to the field. Specializing in orthopedics, Linda possesses a vast range of expertise in working with diverse populations. Her commitment to helping individuals regain their mobility and live pain-free lives is unmatched. Not only is she a skilled clinician, but Linda has also taken on the role of clinic director, overseeing and managing the operations of the clinic. Outside the clinic, Linda finds joy in two creative outlets: gardening and baking. With her extensive knowledge, leadership capabilities, and passion for healing, Linda continues to positively impact the lives of her patients and contribute to the field of physical therapy.
Brock Watson, DPT
Assistant Director of Clinical Operations
Brock attended KU for his B.S. in exercise science and is a 2019 graduate of KU Medical Center with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. His experience in physical therapy includes athletic populations, orthopedics, and worker's compensation. Brock is also certified by Integrative Dry Needling to practice dry needling. He enjoys watching the Jayhawks, weightlifting, and chasing his adorable toddlers when he is not at work. You can also catch Brock eating sushi or wishing he was on the golf course.
Jennifer Claassen, DPT
Jennifer was born and raised in Topeka, KS. She completed her bachelor's at Kansas State University, majoring in Kinesiology and Gerontology. She continued her education at Wichita State University, receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Jennifer has experience in outpatient and neuro rehab physical therapy settings. She enjoys working with patients of all ages. Additionally, she enjoys working with various diagnoses from post-surgery, sports injuries, aches/pains, and general weakness. In Jennifer’s free time, she enjoys spending time with family and attending K-State football games and Sporting KC soccer games.
Grant Raleigh, DPT
Grant is a graduate of Wichita State University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. He is an energetic and passionate therapist who has a special place in his heart for PT. Grant was involved in a near-fatal snow skiing accident during his senior year of high school. He still has metal fusing nine vertebrae, metal fusions in his clavicle and humerus, permanent sacral fractures, and nerve damage. Despite his injuries, he was able to play three years of college basketball and is still enjoying an active lifestyle. He is extremely thankful to the medical community and hopes to help others live the life they desire.
Jessica Giesen, PTA
Meet Jessica, a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant with diverse healthcare experience. Graduating from Colby Community College in 2014, she swiftly excelled in hospital and cardiac rehab settings. Specializing in orthopedics, Jessica's contributions since joining our team in 2017 have been invaluable. Her commitment to patients' well-being goes beyond work—she's a devoted mom to her two boys, Colton and Cooper. Outside her busy schedule, Jessica finds solace in the graceful companionship of horses, both caring for them and enjoying the freedom of riding. This love for equine connection mirrors the compassionate approach she brings to her professional life.
Melanie Moore
VP of Administration
Melanie was unsure what she wanted to pursue after graduating high school. However, she eventually found the medical field, which has been a perfect fit for her ever since. Melanie has been a fantastic addition to our team for 18 years! The lifetime friendships Melanie has established are her favorite component of PT Plus. She likes visiting Kansas City throughout the summer to watch the KC Royals play! She is a mom to two teenage boys, Blake and Trey.
Beth Spickler
Account Rep. & Insurance Liaison
Beth is our Patient Account Representative and Insurance Specialist. She is originally from Buffalo, New York, and moved to Augusta, Kansas in 1981 and has stayed ever since. She is married to her husband, Adam, and has one son, Drew. Beth has always worked in the medical field and has been with PT Plus for over 10 years! When she is not at work she loves to go to Beaver Lake, where she boats with her family and friends. She also likes to spend her summer days in the garden and walking her dog. Her time at PT Plus has been very fruitful as she has built friendships with co-workers and loves the family atmosphere. Getting to know patients in the clinic is something Beth cherishes.
Lexi Shaver - PT Tech/Admin. Assistant
Lexi has a strong passion for providing exceptional customer service. With prior experience working at a day care, she brings a nurturing and caring attitude to her role, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and supported. Outside of work, Sarah finds comfort in spending time at the lake. Graduating from high school in 2019, Sarah is ambitious and has set her sights on a future in the medical field. With her desire to make a positive impact on people's lives, she aims to contribute to the healthcare industry and make a difference in the lives of others.
Samantha Faber - PT Tech/Admin. Assistant
Samantha is a Junior at Wichita State University studying Communication Sciences and Disorders. She plans to use that degree and attend the Wichita State Masters program for Speech-Language Pathology. Samantha chose to work at PT Plus because of the work atmosphere and to see what excellent patient care looks like. In her free time, you can catch her playing guitar, going on a run, or playing tennis. She will also never turn down an iced coffee!
